I purchased the I-Play Destroyer gun for my sons birthday in August. I purchased the gun on the 23/05/2013, but it was never used until 27/08/2013, I do admit that I pruchased it in advance and am not enttitled to 14 day money back guarentee. BUT Verimark refuse to honor there own commitment quoted below: " If your goods turn out to be defective within the first 6 months after you received them from us, we will repair them, replace them or give you a refund, provided that it is a material defect, and that the defect did not develop as a result of abuse, fair wear and tear, or through not following our or the manufacturer's instructions". The gun jams and does not work in automatic mode at all, so is less than 50% functional. On return to Shoprite the store manager stated that he can see it is in PRISTINE condition. But cant help as it is a Verimark product. So I have learned never to buy another Verimark product, secondly Verimark please do not sell products that you cannot honor your commitments in terms of the CPA. I require a refund as clearly stated on your website due to the material defect in the product.
