No-one ever has answers

I called CNA this morning to find out about a book, and every time i got through to someone they had to put me through to someone else. then finally when i get through to someone, he says wait, yells across the store to someone else, and then some lady comes to the phone and she has an argument with someone in the background while i am waiting to find out about a book.

This is the most disgusting service i have ever had!!!
