Rude Employee

I phoned Daddy Deals today as I had a general inquiry about my account and the deal I just bought.

On answering the call "Nadine" was laughing with her colleagues and I kept repeating myself saying "Hello".
Eventually she responded and said "Please hold" so she can finish what she was doing.

She came back on the phone and did not even apologize and I asked her to assist me with my query.

I just feel she was rude and that laughing in my ear while I kept saying "Hello" was unprofessional.

I think "Daddy Deals" should invest on quality staff instead of only getting cheap deals.
