I bought a pair of white kelso pants from Edgars a while ago but the were too small so I needed to exchange them however forgot. A time later I take them back, however couldn't find the slip but the pants were unworn, still tagged and I then get rudely told they are out of stock so they can't accept the pants back! Since when can u not accept an item that still has the Edgars tag it came with?? According to the rude manager, its my loss and unlucky! Does the consumer protection act not state anything in terms of returns of goods etc?!?! Utterly disgusted with Edgars!!!
