Last year I went to CNA Canal walk to insure my Samsung Galaxy S3. Unfortunately my phone was almost a month ago already and I put through the claim at Edgars Tygervalley. I have not had any feedback wrt the claim and its been more than 3 weeks. Upon checking my statement I noticed that I was not being billed for the insurance and realised that they probably did not send through my forms when I signed up. This is completely unacceptable and I am going to be the one suffering because of their mistake!!! I have searched everywhere for the receipt to no avail, however I can identify by name one of the assistants which assisted me (by getting my IMEI number from my phone), I need this matter resolved!!! THIS IS DUE TO INCOMPETENT STAFF!
