I purchased 5 Vouchers via Daddys Deal for their Kauai promotion, once purchased i received a pop up saying that it was successful and was provided with an order number, im unable to log onto Daddy Deals from my computer so I used my phone to purchase. no confirmation email was sent to me so i called the call centre, Rene did advise me that they had some system problems and she will resend the email, if i didnt receive i should call back. i did not receive the email so I called back, Rene then advised me that theres nothing further she could do to assist me, i should log on from another computer, i did advise that was not possible, i asked if the manager could assist and she said theres nothing they could do. whats the point of supporting Daddy Deals if you cannot use the vouchers you have paid for? there was absolutely nothing done to go the extra mile for the client, all I asked for was the mail to be sent to another address or faxed. Pathetic service, I will be sure do tell all my friends to unsubscribe as this company is not beneficial in any way!
