I did an on-line application to Sheet Street on the 01 April 2013 and processed on the 02 April 2013, since then it has been a nightmare to get them to approve it. The application was pended subject to verification of employment. I've been phoning everyday to follow up on it and it seems like they are just waiting for me to call before it gets actioned. I gave them my HR dep number and told them to confirm with them there. A call was made and a link given for them to access and log their query there for confirmation to be given. I've been dealing with Terisha Moonsamy who doesnt have any emphathy at all. after so much hustle of them not being able to get hold of my HR department, they finally got through today 10 April 2013. I e-mailed them this link [URL Removed] to log on an send their request. she tells me it requires a password which is not the case. i told her to just cancel my application because it seems like they dont want to help me and THAT she was quick to do. After sending my payslip and an e-mail from work dey still cant believe that im WORKING? i need my application re-assessed and urgently. Highly dissappointed with he
