Always want the money and support but never willin

I bought an extremely expensive suite from Woolies Greenstone but they had no suite covers. They promised to deliver 1 to me a day or 2 later. It has now been 5 days and despite emails to several of Woolworths departments no one has got back to me with an answer. So thats how it goes from Woolworths, I suppose the motto now is: " not only do we not employ whites, but when they buy from us we will give them the worst service ever". This is so typical Woolies. Always want the money and support but never willing to uphold their "good" name. Thank you woolworths, thank you for absolutely terrible srvice and a bunch of, no wonder our country has so many problems with the big boys taking what they want and doing what they want.
