There is not enough space to properly compliment Compulutions and Craig van Tonder. I have now dealt with them twice and every time the customer service is above reproach. At my first order Craig kept in constant contact, e-mailing me to inform me of: 1. Package was handed to Post office. 2. Tracking number. 3. Query to find if I had received the product. 4. Query to ask if I am satisfied and if there are any issues. The second order was during the festive period, and all suppliers were closed. I sent e-mails to Compulutions regarding products and queries, only expecting to be answered after 6 January 2014.Craig answered every e-mail promptly even on weekends and after hours. I found that Craig was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products sold by Compulutions, and he could give me immediate and comprehensive feedback on all my queries. Compulutions' range of products are astonishing and the prices are market competitive. Compulutions is currently updating their web site and not all their products are listed, it took only one e-mail every time to receive feedback regarding all brands of a queried product and links to suppliers web sites to properly research the product.
