L'Oreal Excellence '10 does NOT work

I bought the new L'oreal Excellence '10 hair dye at clicks 2 weeks ago. Used the product and it did not work. what a waste of time and money. This after a L'Oreal representative in N1 City Clicks on that day suggested I take this product instead of my usual (reps were doing some kind of L'Oreal shampoo promotion) hair dye.

I would like a refund please!
