I asked for a rain check on 6 bags of filleted chicken breasts.this is the second time i asked for a rain check and previously Pat Rice also helped me. She argues and i can see every time it is a big issue for her to do her job or just be friendly with a customer.
this time almost 3 weeks past and no one phoned me for the rain check. going to buy groceries today i saw that they have stock and just didnt let me know. because i didnt know i rode bike today and didnt take the car.i asked them why they didnt phone and immidiately they argued and called Pat. i asked if its ok if i took 2 bags since im on my bike and will come back later the afternoon for the other 4 bags with the car.
Pat says no and i had to manage driving on a bike with 12kg's chicken fillets and other groceries.all because they were to lazy to do their job and communicate with the cuastomer. i also never been treated like a common criminal or chancer like Pat rice treated me.she is the most unprofessional manager i have ever came across and is always there and ready to fight.
