Honda Integra is unstable and dangerous

I recently bought an E Storm 125 CC Integra from Honda in Sandton and I have to say I am unhappy with what I was sold. I was told initially that the bike would go a top end of 110 Km/ hour. This is nothing short of a lie. The bike would only go a maximum of 80 Km's per hour. I understand there is a little bit of puffing when selling but the difference could not be more stark. But this is not the biggest problem with the bike. To my horror I have found that the bike has no traction in the rain. I have been driving motorbikes since I was 16. I am now 47. I have been driving motorbikes in Thailand for the last 4 years in the rain and dry. I have driven through torrential rain and I have never seen a motorbike like this one which does not hold in the rain.
On the 2nd day of driving this bike I came off in the rain and fell on my head. I thought I was just unlucky. Then two weeks later I was coming down Sandton Drive in the rain and when I put on my brakes with no warning the tyres gave way and I came off and dislocated my shoulder. Never in my life have I seen a bike with so little traction on the road and I think Honda's bikes tyres are defective and not fit for purpose.
