Expired tropica and yoghurt

I recently bought a yoghurt at checkers cresta only to find tht it had expired.today I bought a tropica which had expired on the 26th of may.am five months pregnant and I drank that tropica two sips as I was thirsty only realised when I was about to exit the store that it had expired should anything happen to my baby checkers will be held responsible as this is not the first time.
