OLD FOOD ON THE SHELF & EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

So many problems with this branch. Was trying to locate a boot via telephone & the person I spoke to just slammed the phone down on me after making me wait for almost a half hour. Next I was in the store buying food and as always when I check my cash slip, find that I have been overcharged. I am now pushing a wheel chair, as well as a trolley and am expected to go stand in another queue to get my money back. What a disgraceful way to treat your customers. Then I have to wait a half an hour to use their lift as only one has been working for over a week!! Next I seem to love punishment, I am again buying food. The first salad has a dead fly on it. The second salad has meat in it and is over the due date. Just luckily I chedked. I have complained to Woolworth's customer service 5 days ago and still no call from them. Obviously, hygiene means nothing. Shame on them.
