On Saturday i applied for a vodacom contract that was on special at incredible connection, The deal was so goo that it was over subscribed and when i went in to apply i was luck to even find any stock available. I filled in the forms, got approval and all that was left to go was submit the required documentation. As it was a Saturday, i had to drive around town looking for a bank that was open to obtain my 3 months bank statement. i managed to get all the documentation and get back to the shop in time before they closed. Once i got there i waited for 30 minutes before i could find the consultant that had helped me and she asked that because she was too tired to finalise the deal to come back on Sunday. I agreed and had to drive back on Sunday just to be told that some manager at head office had closed the deal earlier than advertised in the system, and they could not give me my goods until Monday. I spoke with the branch manager who promised to sort out the problem on Monday and have the goods delivered to me. Seeing how reluctant they were to assist me i requested that they keep me informed of the progress during the day and they agreed.
Come Monday 3pm, i had not heard anything
