On Friday 05/04/2013, i bought some paper from Spectrum, which i stressed to the supplier was needed to print photographs, and he supplied me some which i tried printing on and it did not print right. i phoned on Saturday and was told he was busy and would call back which he did not do. i followed up this morning and he told me that he was not in on Saturday and cut the call. i phoned back to speak to him and the lady who took my call on Saturday answered, i asked her about Allan's claim and was told he was in but was busy. i then asked to speak to Allen and told me to come in for a refund. the paper i got was not photo paper and when i went into the shop and got my refund i asked him why all the he accused me of harassing him and threatened to throw me out his store. this is not business ethics and trying to offload his non sellers to unsuspecting buyers is tantamount to.
