Good morning i bought a LG HiFi from russels witbank almost 2 months ago, at the time i was there they informed me that if i bought over a certain amount that i would get a chance to scratch a big scratch card in the store and stand a chance to win prizes. Buying for more than R 5999 i would be entitled to scratch 3 times which i did, wining a Hisense microwave, some kitchen Tupperware type bowls and a sandwich toaster. I could not collect it the same day as my application had to be approved, when i returned home from work on the Monday after purchase i came to find the HIFI had been delivered but my prizes were not there i called the next day to ask about it and they informed me that they didn't have any stock of the microwave and as soon as the stock arrived they would deliver the prizes, weeks after that my wife called on my behalf and they just passed the buck saying the sales lady was not available and that they would get her to call as soon as she got back. My wife went to the store on the 04/04/13 and they could not tell her anything as the lady wasn't there. This is unacceptable from a franchise of this size and this is not the first time i put them on this site pleasehelp
