i write to you with regards to competitions that are done at jet stores across the country.there was this competition which advertised that you win a hyundai i10 when you buy a nokia 1280 or 105 and you get a scratch to allow you an entry for the i10 "to good to be true" as an unsuspecting client i bought the phone on the 16/12/2013 which was the ending date for the competition, to get shock of my life after buying the item i was told, its been a long time we neverhad those scratch cards they are finished, now look it means scratch cards were few with thousand of this cellphones, the intention was to deceive the masses throgh this money making scheme, by increasing sales of this cellphones which means jet it propably collude with manufactures to pocket as much as they can from uninformed consumers.'why is the number of this scratch cards not equal to number of phones delivered per branch, i mean such a multimillion company like edcon been involved in money making tricks, yes i bought the phone cause i need it, additional to that it qualifies a scratch card that i feel must be given to me, which mean your ads are a lie, call centre keep hanging me cause they cnt help me
