I was ordering wine for our wedding and couldn't find the exact brand I was looking for online. Checkers contacted me to confirm the order I had placed and when I mentioned the wine I couldn't find they made contact with the store staff and made every effort to track the wine I wanted down and made sure that it would be quickly available for our wedding.
On top of it all the store management gave me a great discount as a 'wedding present'. Was very very happy all round.
