5l Namaque Johannesburger Red gone bad

I baught a 5l Namaque Johannesburg Red (Natural Sweet Red Wine) at Checkers Hypers at our local mall round about the middle of February 2013. When I wanted to drink from it over the weekend, I noticed that the colour is very dark, the wine had a "off" taste to it and did not smell normal.

On the bax the filling date was: 17/09/2012 - I could not see a expiry date on the box

This 5l wine will have to go down the drain seeing as no one will drink the wine.
