I was really disappointed last night when I visited the Bonaero Park Checkers and the way they handled my query.
They had a whole area with discounted goods and I was particularly interested in the wine. I took a bottle wine and it was clearly marked R 40 on the trolley and there was also a helper who confirmed the wine was R 40.
I purchased a trolley full of goods and only after going through the slip in the car I realised they have charged me R 74.99 for the wine.
I was not to upset as I feel mistakes does happen, so I took the slip and the wine and walked back to the shop. On entry, I was almost greeted by the manager and before I could say anything he told me " You were overcharged hey? " So I said yes and ask if he knew about the problem and he just smiled at me!!
This is disgusting. He would have seen me purchasing the wine and leaving the shop and he knew the prices was wrong, yet he did nothing. He then said I must not worry he will give me back the difference, I said no, I would rather take a full refund. His attitude then changed completely and he was extremely spiteful in taking his time in refunding me. He refused to give his name and after 30 min. I left
