Shopping at PnP is a total waste of time! Whenever PnP have items on special, they hardly ever have it in stock. You then have to waste your time & beg them in getting a rain check which PnP is then reluctant to honour. In Nov 2012 PnP had a special where you received 1 jar of Offenau cocktail onion free for every 2 jars of Offenau gherkins bought. I bought 14 jars of gherkins & requested a rain check for the onions which was out of stock. Andre (manager), Peter Scott, Xoliswa (customer care), Marlon, etc all took my details and promised to get back to me, but never did. All of them are useless when it comes to customer service and disregard the customer and batantly lie. Up to now I have visited the store at least 10 times & wasted at least 15 min each time. PnP N1 City had Offenau onions in stock all along. Peter & Xoliswa promised to source it from N1 & deliver it to me. Peter & Xoliswa both and told me N1 have no stock. On 10/01/13 I again visited the store. Marlon called N1 in my presence & confirmed N1 has stock. I then lost my cool due to their disrespect & . I will never shop @ PnP again & tell my family & friends to do likewise. Never was I given an apology.
