Kwikserve just nonsense

I amde arrangement to pay by kwikservice for easy pay as they claim. I made arrangements for the 01-04-13 and it was not done Ref: 241637719. I tried calling for enquery for the past two days as they are they are expirience high volume of calls. Yesterday I received an sms saying I did not make the payment on the 31-03-13. I made another arrangement yesterday for the 8th of april if that would be done would be a suprise. Why introduce some form of payment and not make sure its efficient. I guess I will be behind on my payment for this mounth for their own fault. Please unswer is the call centre not calling back after as a client you leave your number as the the voice prompt advice...
