Poor service

I placed an order for 5 doz hot cross buns on Tues 26 Mar for collection @ 09h00 Good Friday morning. Teh reason for phoning the order in, in advance, was that 2.5 dozen was to be the ones without raisins etc. On arrival at PnP friday morning the order was not ready and we were told that it would be another hour and a half before the plain buns were ready. The normal buns were not a problem. When we requested to speak to the Manager a genteleman named Shaun was called and his response was that due to the fact that it was a public holiday and there were transport problems our order was not ready. When asked when it would be he checked and came back with a time of 40mins. When we asked him what we were supposed to do as the buns were to served at our church service which started at 09h30 he just shrugged and said there was nothing that he could do. When asked why they promoted the phoning in of orders if they were not to be ready he had no reply. We left the store and managed to obtain the buns at another PnP store in the area. PnP Observatory did not even offer to assist with finding alternative stock at another branch.
