I visited Parow KFC last night. I waited in the drive thru for 30 min in the queue and when I eventually placed my order they told me they don't have normal buns for the Zinger burgers and they only have small buns. I then decided to rather go to another KFC and had to wait another 10 min to exit the drive thru because there is no emergency exit. I then went all the way to Bellville which is about 10 km drive. I ordered inside because I didn't want to again be caugh up in the drive thru. I then got my order and when I got home and opened my box it was a small bun. What the... why didn't they even told me they don't have the correct buns.
I am highly disappointed with the service and standard of KFC's food. This is not the first time that I either get terrible food or poor service.
