Treated like I do not matte

Yesterday i went to edgars maponya mall to pay my account and buy a few things, when i get to the till they tell me that my name does not apper on their system i must go to the customer care, when i get there they ask if I have my id with me and i tell them no, this lady then says that my name does not apper on their system i must have an id and proof of residence to buy what i wanted to buy, i asked them where am i going to get a proof of address becaause the post office hs been on strike and i haven't recieved any mail for the past 2 months and she looked at me like what i was teeling her does not matter. i believe that because i was sent to the customer service then she had to help me update my particulars on the system, but she didn't care because she wanted to knock off. I really didn't appreciate the way i was treated, I am not impressed by what happened, and this always happens to black people at black people malls if i went to sandton this wouldn't have happened. what is funny is that for the payment i was doing the card scanned but for me to buy clothes it refused to scan. I need an explaination for that olease as i am very.
