I would like to compliment a gentlemen by the name of Ashik, who went an extra mile and treat me like am the only client, wow young man word are failing me, I truly didn't expect that kind of service from game, I now and then go to Game but in PTA, the service I got from game Newcastle mall, was out of this world..Ashik explained everything to me into details, he did not get irritated with me when I didn't understand instead he showed me examples to make sure that I buy the right thing for my house... Ashik you deserve to be the store manager... you truly deserve promotions. Hope you treat everyone the same. Keep up the good work. Am still the happy client, this happened on the 27.03.2013...
