I don't know if the people at support are totally unskilled or what! They are not answering the questions you ask them. For one, they take ages to answer a query where another online store answered my question in under an hour. I believe my reference is CRM:02451251.
I have all the proof of communication, about 5 emails, not one they answered my CLEAR question. It's un-explainable how unskilled they are. WORST SERVICE EVER. Plain and simple, I asked if they could beat another online store's price on the same items? You should see the emails to understand how unskilled and slow to react they are. It's actually a laugh to see the answers they send me. They wont see me again. Why companies like this exist. i don't know! What happened to service and skilled workers?
