I went to fair price at south gate on Thursday the 21st of March 2013 and ordered a fridge and lounge suite which we paid R9000.00 cash on the day, they said it would be delivered on the 27th of March 2013, we followed up on the 26th and they got very arrogant telling us it will be there the next day, they just delivered the fridge on the 27th and told me that they will bring another lounge to see if i like it, not the one i originally ordered and they would give me a R2000.00 discount. Then we got told it would be delivered the 2nd of April 2013. We went there on the 1st only to get told that they will only give us a R90.00 discount. I phoned to follow up on my order on the 2nd and he gave the phone to the supplier who told me i would only be receiving it tomorrow morning as it hasn't even been manufactured yet... And i will not get a discount as its not their problem.. I am very upset that they are so arrogant and do not keep to there promises, if they had given me a delivery date later than the 27th at the time of purchase i would have gladly accepted it. Instead i got empty promises, got dealt with in horrible manor and i have no lounge suite.
