WENT TO HOUSE AND HOME TO PURCHASE A BED ON PROMOTION. I ASKED THE SALES CONSULTANT FOR A PRICE AND AVAILABILITY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND THE ITEM HAD TO BE ORDERED. I THEN ASKED ABOUT THE DEMO MODEL WHICH WAS ON DISPLAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A 15% DISCOUNT WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME, BUT NO ASSISTANT TO STRIP THE UNIT, EVEN THOUGH I SAW TWO WORKERS ON THE FLOOR. I THEN STRIPPED THE COMPLETE BED WHICH TOOK ME THREE HOURS AND WEN I WAS DONE, NONE OF THE STAFF EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO HELP ME LOAD THE 40 KILO BED IN TO MY CAR. MAKES A PERSON WONDER WHERE HAS "GOOD SERVICE" AND "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" GONE TO.
