I am so annoyed, and frustrated and a whole lot of other (verbs) today! I went to go do my monthly grocery shop. I paid for my trolley full of items at 17: 13:45 (as per my receipt). When i got home i packed away my goods as per usual and immediately noticed that there are items missing. I went through my receipt and there are about 25 items not within my property. Phoned the Cape Gate Branch where the groceries were purchased (struggled for 30 mins to get through to the manager - (Davids i believe was his name). With it being a public holiday obviously by now the shops have closed. I was expecting people over for dinner... all the other shops are closed... so yeah great evening it was indeed. I expect a very good explanation for this, together with some form of compensation for my time and petrol wasted (now having to drive back to this store to find out what happened). I am not going to act polite tomorrow... that is for sure... If the packers chew less freaking gum and have less personal conversations... rubbish like this won't happen. I can not explain how furious i am... I hope you are ready for me tomorrow!!!
