I went to the Checkers, Columbine Square at 2:15pm, not a very busy time for the shops. The Computicket printer was 'not working'! Does that mean that it will never work again? Is only temporarily out of order? or will it be fixed sometime this century? The answer I received was 'NO'.?? Not, " I'm sorry", "can I take your number and let you know when it is working" So I went to get 4 items of groceries. The 'Express till' was closed, but there was a lady sitting there, staring into space! So why are you there?? When I got home and phoned the branch, there were no managers available! Really! Very frustrating!
