I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I called the ABSA call centre (0860 023 646) to get a tax certificate for my bond. The call was answered quickly and Michael was extremely friendly and helpful! It's not often these days you get to say this about service - especially from a bank!
Michael e-mailed me the information I required while I was on the line and ensured I received it before the call ended!
