Statements again not received

In August last year I complained about it and now again. I wanted to use my card on thursday 28/03/2013 just to be embarrassed by the card not "working". I was told that I was supposed to get a new 1. NO sms NO email... how was I supposed to know? Next I get a sms for payment!!! That they can send! No estatements received again since the 15/01/2013! They acknowledge the postal issue but I am registered for E-STATEMENTS.

THANKS EDGARS. YOU MAKE IT EASY TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT! I AM TIRED OF BEING GIVEN A BAD CREDIT RECORD THANX TO YOUR BAD SERVICE!!
