I am very disappointed and very angry at how bradlows in Diepkloof Zone 6 in Soweto handles customers accounts. I took up a television set with them last year and within the period of 7 working days i returned it and asked them to cancel my agreement with them.they signed some document and they assured me it was cancelled.
few months later i am still being requested to make payment and now it reflects bad on my credit record.
they have now closed down the shop. So I now I am left confused and very much agry.
