This store is very poorly managed. Every time I go there to buy what has been advertised, alot of the items are not available. Today the were no braai packs R31.99kg, frozen breast fillets R42.99kg, Samoosa R10 for 5, Cottage cheese smooth R12.99, roller towels R10.99, Glad banded pack R26.99. I gave up after that as I was certain that more than half of the items on the advertising material would not be available. Alot of the merchandise is marked at the normal prices even though it is on special. I get the feeling that this is done on purpose.
It was very noticeable that no one stocked the shelves for today as alot of them are empty. It looks like they have had an extremely busy day & it was only 10.00am.
I am not sure why we put up with this type of service

I have taken the time & made the effort to give you your customer perspective, perhaps you can take the time & make an effort to resolve these issues

I expect alot more from Pick & Pay. This store just does not do it for me

Is it acceptable that stock for these specials which are supposed to end on the 7th April was so badly forecasted by the store manager/buyer? Surely it is time to look at employing someone else
