I handed in a men's link bracelet on the 3rd of December for two links to be removed. They did not follow up or send the bracelet for repair. It was promised to me on the 7th of December. I have followed up a number of times and found out that nothing had been done. On the 8th of January I spoke to Rebecca who promised to get back to me - of course she did not.
Do not use American Swiss Blue Route - incompetence and indifference reign supreme.
