No Service!!

I waited 20 minutes to pay a Telkom bill with no luck! 4 till attendants were standing talking to each other and not helping customers!! This is now becoming a habit of them to not help customers, especially around lunch time which is their busiest time of the day! I guess they can't really improve on their service since there was none!
