A young black female designer was there to collect her iron that she was promised would be fixed in 2 days, but 2 weeks later it was still in pieces, when she asked to have the iron back, she was told she is a stupid, she must go back to the zoo where she belongs because she is a monkey. She was humiliated in front of other staff members and customers. These offensive remarks were said to her repeatedly.
