I purchased a lounge suite in Janaury 2013, i recently discovered it was a reject the screws are falling off in less than two months, it has got some cracks and it has been patched (mended). i phoned the saleslady asking her how come she sold me a reject lounge suite the response that i got was that, (thats why it was on special) of which she was suppose to tell me and then i make my own choice whether am buying it or not. i ve' reported this last week but nobody bothers to call me. PLEASE come and collect your lounge suite am no longer interested and i want my money back. i 've paid R6500 already and to think that i 've to pay R23000 for something like this noways. am sure there are some other retailers who will treat me with respect.
