I have a 6 month interest free account at rage and up until 3 months ago i was satisfied by their service. they have been billing me twice the required installment because "i take shoes every month", but isn't the point of an account to take what you need and pay it at a later date? i was told by a shop assistant at the jabulani mall rage that in order for me to know how much i should pay at the end of the month i should divide my total owing by 6 months and it's no where near the amount they want me to pay, again i asked them why it is so and they called the head office and they said i should divide by 6 as well the amount of items i took for the month and add to the other one i had calculated for total owing. this doesn't make any sense! this account is interest free which means i will pay for what i used, not to be charged extra, on top of that they keep saying I'm in arrears by R1 which is total bull cos i pay the exact amount they send via sms. i hate rage and I'm going to be closing my account asap because their processes are rigged.
