I went looking for the bigger size top to exchange for the one I had brought in with a truworths bag hung around my daughters pram.
As we moving towards the DH section of the store I overheard the conversation of the security guard on the walkie talkie clear stating to watch us. From my observation security#1 walk over to the sales assistant that eventually assisted us to ask what was in our bags. Now understanding that I have worked in retail before I knew that were being watched which I was okay with but when I got to the DH side security #2 decided or was instructed to look into my parcel while I was "apparently" suppose to be unaware. Obviously feeling highly embraced, humiliated and down right being accused of being a I got angry. I ask security #2 what she is doing and her answer was nothing, I then asked her why she is checking my bag and she denied that she did. I then took the bag off the pramshowed her what was in inside and called security#1 closer as she was now just watching the " entertaiment". Understanding that my daughter and wife does not deserve this treatment I threw the bigger size garment at the security and took my family out of the store.
