Good day i would like to thank Tasneem i called last week looking for a dress i had seen on your website in-fact i have been calling different mr price groups with no assistance what so ever until i called the pavilion the lovely lady answered my call and explained that the dress was out of stock also explained that its not a new stock so it may be difficult to find but she did not stop there she offered to help locate the dress for me and would call me back once she has an answer she took my details without me asking for such assistance she went over and above her call of duty later on a different lady called me to advise me that Tasneem had asked her to assist and that she has located my size and has called that branch to set it aside I'm very impressed with the level of staff that the pavilion have I'm not even a card holder but that did not matter to them they assisted me whole heartily thank you ladies and wish you all the best in your chosen careers and hope your attitudes never change when im in durban i will come and meet you ladies excellent service Thank you Felicia
