I bought the memyelos hair removal system on the proviso that I could return it in 60 days for a full refundif it did not work. If you have blonde hair don't waste your time and money on this, it does not work without an epilator! I returned the machine for a refund as it did not work on the 8th of March. After numerous phone calls and threatening emails And messages i still have not received my money back. It has been nearly 3 weeks now. They have faxed me 2 different slips claiming to have refunded me and yet where is the money??? I consider this as now the company has both my money and their machine.
I would definitely think twice before dealing with this unprofessional company.
