On my way to Greenpoint Park yetserday morninng my 19month old son and I stopped off to get some goodies for a picnic. We parked in the parking area. A big, black, burly man walked towards me gesturing something and shouting "WHERE ARE YOU GOING? COME BACK HERE! " I looked at him and said "I'm coming now, I'll be 5 minutes" and nipped over to Spar. I did this after I saw him talking to a gold Audi and a black BMW who all went across the road to Spar. Next thing I know I'm clamped. I go to speak to Lazareth and explained the situation to him - he advised this is a matter between me and the guard and we went outside to speak to the guard. The guard started pointing and shouting doing all this infront of my 19 month old son and upsetting him. Lazareth changed his story and then sided with the guard. His a hiprocrate he changed his story from what he told me inside the store to something totally different and insisted I pay R250 for the release. I advised I don't have R250 and they very arrogantly said "well then your car is going to have to just stay here until you have money to release you car." They made me draw my last money which by the way was for my son to release my car. APPALLED
