CLAMPING OF CAR

8th August 2013, I took my kids aged 8yrs & 4yrs to Mcdonalds at 3pm for a meal. I parked in the parking lot & ran across the road to fetch something quick. 10 minutes is to long, the time that I was gone. On return I noticed my tyre clamped. I went to the "car guard" to explain to him and things really got ugly. I had explained to him that my kids are little and I just needed to pick up something quick but that we were on our way inside to have a meal. He refused to listen to me. He was rude & loud & told me that I won't give him a job etc. In my opinion, he expected me to pay him a bribe to release my car which I did'nt do. I asked to speak to the manager thats when he noted my car details in his receipt book. I didnt even notice the clamping sign. When I asked him about the other cars his response was that He knew them, he did not know me. The treatment was the same inside. I was made to wait with everyone speaking in Zulu and ignoring me. (I felt like a victim of). No one could help me so I paid just to get my kids who are highly traumatised out of there. My husband went back on the 10th to enquire no one has responded. They have denied that the incident happened
