I visited the stellenbosch store yesterday (21/03/2013) with my family. We're looking to buy a very expensive dining suite (R10999) and some other appliances. The salesman (good service, nice smile and very informative) went to fetch the store manager so we could discuss a discount for cash payment. She never once looked up from her desk or greeted us. She just continued making her phone calls. We were sitting at the suite we're wanting to buy.
I mean really!! Clearly she don't have any Customer Service Skills. That attitude cost her company further deals of approximately R20000 over the next few months.
