Eturn products within the required returns pollic

Returned goods within the return policy and assistant manager says he is too busy he cannot help us.he was rude and at the same he is the one who showed us the return policy but he did not want to explain it to us because to my understanding I was within the policy. He said he doesn't have time for the returns
