Potential food poisoning - Checkers

I sent this e mail (below) to Checkers (and Sea Harvest) on the 13th December - a few days later I received Checkers acknowledgement but nothing more I followed up on the 20 December but srtill no reply

Clearly (as shown in the photos sent to them) this out-of-date fish had THAWED AND BEEN REFROZEN - this can cause serious poisoning...

I attach a picture and till slip of 2 Sea Harvest products we purchased*
from Checkers Grahamstown on the 29th November *(whilst passing through)

You will see the one has an expiry date in AUGUST! - the other in October.

'Fortunately?? ' the Savory Bake had at some stage thawed and refrozen and
this caused my wife to check the dates.

Obviously these dates are not being checked
