RUSSELS WILL NOT HELP WITH COMPLAINTS

I posted a complaint about RUSSELS last week, i received an email and thats that nothing has been done to solve my problem the ATTITUDE STILL CONTINUE so what am i suppose to do? The problem didnt go away its still there? Is this the way customers is treated? kick them while they are down? The phone calls everyday sometimes twice a day, rude remarks?
